Sleepyhead...

The Boy is taking his second nap of the day, snuggled up with Grandma. He is having another good day thus far. He enjoyed his lunch and has been in a reasonable mood.

Musical Daddy stayed over last night, giving Grandma a little break, and The Boy woke up again in the middle of the night, upset about something and possibly in pain. The issue was resolved with hugs and eventually Tylenol. We'll see if it happens a third time.

The Boy gave Grandma a real kiss, complete with noise, on her cheek. It was VERY sweet.

Now The Boy is snuggled up with Daddy. So precious.

I don't really have much to say--we're just going along with everything and it's all fine.

Baby Bear just kicked me. I'm starting to get the alien belly effect--pretty cool...

Summer is in bed already. She skipped her nap today and instead went for a post hospital release walk to the park with my mom. She got to ride the carousel a lot she said. Glad you have people to help you too. It does make things so much easier. I have seen some people in the hospital with no help. So, I am counting my blessings.

You're not kidding, JC. When we were in CHoP with The Boy, our first roommate was a six-month old getting surgery. The baby's mother was a single mom with two other children; the poor baby was left by herself most of the time while her mommy was at work and taking care of the other kids. We felt for her, because leaving The Boy alone for ANY length of time is immensely scary.
