And it goes much farther than "just" infertility. On the header of her blog, she has a link called "Blogroll" which she has filed and sorted over 500 blogs. With a search tool, so you can look for particular things within just the blogs on her blogroll.
ICLW is something she does monthly. You sign up on the beginning of the month and it runs the 21st-27th. It's a comment-a-thon of sorts and you can read all about it on her blog. I believe the link is on the left side column up top. It's just a way to discover "new" people who may have not read before. Pretty snazzy.
