It's constant whining and she's on the verge of a tantrum the whole night_ she's an emotional wreck).

My daughter is intelligent also (at least to me she is), but she is pretty emotional. She's that kid that cries at church every week if she doesn't get a turn (right away or at all) at whatever of the activity is. Kids like that get on my nerves when I'm teaching, so maybe it's a lesson to me to be more tolerant. I don't know.

We've walked out of stores several times due to the tantrum behavior.

Good Luck! The boy sounds "normal," but you'll never know what the chemo has caused.Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17114630450295667583noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-919332964942318171.post-27506744351239902712011-05-20T23:09:39.250-04:002011-05-20T23:09:39.250-04:00Argh, my bad...

My 4-year-old-who-has-not-had-cancer has similar meltdowns from time to time, and it's very embarrassing for me when it happens in public. He screams at the top of his lungs and won't stop, and I have to be that mom carrying a squirming, shrieking kid out of the event under my arm.

It's happened to most moms, and the ones who haven't dealt with it (yet)? I don't think their better moms, or that they have better kids... they've just lucked out. For the moment. I console myself by imagining their spineless little angels coming home pregnant at 14 because they never learned how to say "no"... MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

(I'm evil).

(Janet Fuchs Jackson)Janethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04369322085069298422noreply@blogger.com
